We think that we’ve got a pretty good idea of what patients want from us: friendly and helpful staff, quick and efficient service, value for money and being there to help when you need us.
However, we’re always looking for ways to improve so if you’ve visited our pharmacy, we’d love to hear what you think. If you’ve had some great service, let us know and we’ll pass on your praise. If we didn’t meet you expectations, we need to know about it so we can improve.
If there are any services that you feel that we should be offering or any product that you think we should stock simply let us know. Whilst we can’t promise to deliver on all your requests, everyone will be given careful consideration. As a local independent pharmacy, we don’t need to seek head office approval to implement a good idea so your great ideas could be visible on your next visit.
